Who we are
Dees Tape ("the app") is a mobile audio recorder published by DEESTECH HOLDINGS LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles information.
Information we collect
None. The app has no user accounts and no sign-in. We do not collect names, emails, contacts, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, or any other personal data. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software.
Microphone & audio
The app asks for microphone permission only so it can record audio — that is the app's core function. Audio you record is written as files on your device (visible in the Files app). Recordings are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. We cannot see, access, or hear your recordings.
Where your recordings live
Your recordings and projects are saved locally on your device. You can play, export, share, or delete them at any time. If you choose to share or export a file, that action is initiated by you and governed by the destination you pick — not by us.
Data we share
None. Because we do not collect any data, there is nothing to sell, share, or disclose.
Children
The app is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children. Because it collects no personal information, it collects no information from children either.
Security
Your recordings remain on your device under the protection of the operating system's own security. Nothing is transmitted to us, so there is no server-side data that could be exposed.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the app handles information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
