Make sure Dees Tape has microphone permission: iOS Settings → Dees Tape → Microphone, or Android Settings → Apps → Dees Tape → Permissions. Then arm a track and try again.
Every recording is saved on your device and shows up in the Files app (iOS) or your file manager (Android). Nothing is uploaded anywhere — see our privacy policy.
Yes. Connect it before you open the app and pick it from the input selector. Dees Tape supports the Zoom R4 in 32-bit float, with 24- and 32-bit integer fallbacks.
Use Bounce to render a stereo mix, or export WAV-per-track, then Share to send them anywhere. You can also grab the files directly from the Files app.
